Create your Will

Save time and streamline the process of creating your Will with the QNMU Law questionnaire assistant.

Will questionnaire assistant

To have your Will prepared as efficiently as possible, QNMU Law has developed this interactive questionnaire to assist your solicitor in drafting it. This allows you to enter all your details and wishes, enabling your solicitor to review them before your meeting.

How does it work?

You provide your information online to save time. It is sent directly to your solicitor so that they can provide tailored advice based on your answers. Your solicitor will then contact you to schedule an appointment, either in person or online. This allows a draft Will to be prepared for your review quickly and accurately.

What will you need?

You can securely upload your identity documents—such as your driver’s licence, Medicare card, or passport—through our safe and secure portal. If you are unable to do so, we can verify your identity when we meet. Your prior Will is also a very helpful document to provide.

We will ask for details such as the full names of your beneficiaries and executors to ensure your Will is as accurate as possible.

Some of these questions may seem very personal; we assure you that all information collected is required to ensure your Will reflects your wishes. If any question makes you uncomfortable, please skip it and discuss it directly with your solicitor during your meeting.
